Ski holidays in Hochgurgl
Located some 200m or so above Obergurgl, Hochgurgl offers the luxury of ski in, ski out accommodation and services. It also offers one of the most snow-sure ski resorts in Austria. Hochgurgl shares the ski area with Obergurgl.
The skiing in the Hochgurgl / Obergurgl ski area is extensive and has the feel of glacier skiing about it. This is partly due to the lack of trees but also the gentle and wide ski pistes there. The snow in Hochgurgl is both reliable and of good quality although in bad weather it can be pretty hard to navigate.
